How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders will ship between 1-3 business days. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. For orders in the US. Please email me at hilarynicole100@gmail.com with your order number and concern within 5 days of delivery and ship back the item (items) within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure proper packaging. If the item is not received in the original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After the item(s) have been received in their original condition I will issue a refund.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their purchases. I'm not responsible for any delays from customs.

Incorrect address. Now what?

Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. If you accidentally put a wrong address please contact me immediately. If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help!

If a package comes back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again.

How Do I care for my Mala?

Malas are beautiful tools to be treated with care and respect. They are handmade to be worn and loved however they are not indestructible. Please be mindful around door knobs, car doors, pets, children, ect.

Malas are not meant to get wet as water will make the thread wear prematurely and react negatively with certain stones, so please avoid baths, showers, pools, etc.

Malas should be stored out of heat and direct sunlight.

It is a good idea to cleanse your mala regularly. To do so you can burn palo santo, charge it under a full moon, rest the mala on a piece of selenite, ect. This will reset the energy of the piece, and this practice could be preformed every full moon or as often as you feel necessary.


In the rare event the thread on your mala breaks please contact me at hilarynicole100@gmail.com. It is is within 1 year of purchase I will repair it free of charge and only ask you pay the shipping. If it has been longer than one year I will ask that you pay a re-knotting fee of $30. 

If the pendant is damaged and cannot be repaired there will be an additional fee required to replace the pendant in addition to the re-knotting fee if it has been past one year and the connecting knot cannot be undone. If the pendant can be repaired I will repair it for free within one year of purchase. Please contact me for information on the repair.

Shipping Damages

In the rare event your mala arrives damaged in the mail please contact me within 48 Hours of signing for the package with photos of the damaged item, photos of the package (front back and inside), and all of the contents of the package. Once I receive these I will file an insurance claim as all of the malas are shipped fully insured and work with you to get a refund promptly.
