This Mala was lovingly designed with the intention of joy, vitality, and womb healing. The womb can be a place of stored trauma for a variety of reasons not limited to maternal connections, fertility, pregnancy, abuse, miscarriage, sexual partners, physical pain, shame, and more. We are all apart of the cosmic womb and when I designed this Mala I wanted to bring gentleness and peace to your spirit as you begin to heal. The following crystals were chosen for their healing properties: 8mm Rose Quartz, Garnet, Red Carnelian, Red Jasper, Unakite, Rhodonite, Citrine, Tigers Eye, and Jasper.

Mantras/Affirmations: My womb is a place where new ideas are born. I release fear and trauma. I welcome abundant light and forgiveness to fill my womb. My womb is safe and radiates health. I honor my truth and own the freedom to live authentically. I deserve kindness and love.

Other suggestions:
Explore dance and free movement of your body.
Healing Breathing - picture inhaling healing light energy that flows through to the womb. On the exhale visualize the light flowing through you, replacing any negative energy that was stuck before and leaving your body entirely.
